Death during contract negotiations
A landowner wants to rent his land and lease his cattle. There are four children that that have the land in thier names with the father having life rights to the land and house. The father and one child signs the agreement and dies before the other three sign. Is this a legal binding contract for the any of the children.

No, not if the signatures of the other three children were required.
