defendant skipped town
I won a judgement in small claims court (my landlord refused to give back my security deposit) but the defendant never showed up in court and has moved to a neighboring state. I know his address, is there anything I can do?

Sue him again there in the neighboring state or take your Virginia judgment and have it domesticated(registered) there for enforcement.
