Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

we own our doublewide in an established trailer court we rent the lot basically and own the trailer. we have ministered to a person that is evicted after 30 days because of her drunkeness and the landlord says she is a prostitute, he fully manipulates her and tries to have sex wtih her and since we take her food and drinks and take her grocery shopping he has forbid us to deal wtih her now we have an eviction notice that doesn't even make any sense, The man is INSANE and has caused us a a great deal of stress. I am trying to raise 6500+ dollars to have my house moved to my 4 acre property, but i think i will need more than 30 days. I do know the other renter will be prosecuting him etc, adn so will I after i have moved. They are threatening us and 2 weeks ago we had to get the police involved, as they told him DO NOT disturb these 2 tenants any more or we can lock you up. so this week we took the girl some computer parts and helped her fix her tv, adn then i got my threat letter of eviction.
