Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
on the due date the defendants lawyer filed their answer and grounds of defense to the courts but did not give a copy to the plaintiff's attorney as ordered by the courts-- will this be acceptable...what does this mean -- thanks

Probably, not much at all, in terms of disposing of the case. (Plaintiff's
attorney should call defense counsel for a copy.)
