elderly father has trailor park with lot renters far behind on rent. what documents do i file on in general court to get back rent and get an attachment on the trailor

Unless you are legally empowered to act in your father's behalf, i.e.,
are his conservator/guardian or have a valid POA, then he (rather than you) must initiate any court action that many be required against these nonpaying tenants.
