Can She Evict Me?
I live with my mother in and Section 8 approved house and we recently started to have to pay the rent of 503 dollars monthly. My mother neglected to informed me that the date to start paying rent was the 4th of October and she says that she can evict me for not giving her the money for the house. Can she legally put me out for a problem that is ultimately her fault?

Not too likely, particularly, if you're listed on the Section 8 housing lease as an approved tenant.
