Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I was evicted from by apartment which really isn't a big deal since my lease is up in March. But, I do not owe the landlord any money and they still have put this on my credit report can I sue them for slander?

Sure, you could sue for defamation (libel) but on these few facts
would appear unlikely to win your case.
