Evicting nonpaying resident. We had someone living on the property or our nonprofit organization in return for caretaking and animal care but he has neglected his duties. Also, he has defamed the character of the Director for our nonprofit organization.

So, evict this nonpayer as any other landlord would do by following the
legal procedures required for such an action in the local general district court where the property is located.
