eviction without a contract
i have a guy living with me and wont pay bills so i want him to leave my house, he will not until 30 days, him and i do not have a contract. and i need another roomate as soon as possible. how long do i have to legally keep him here?

If it's your house and you now consider him a mere interloper (trespasser), and have ordered him to leave but he refuses, you can call the cops any time and they'll remove him.
