Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
eviction
we live in va, my cousin who has 2 small children owns a trailor, set in a park. her landlord has passed away and left the trailor park to his daughter, she has told the tenants that they have to get out, but my cousins trailor is too old to be moved and because of the age there are no parks that will let her move her home into. is it legal for this woman to just make them leave when they have nowhere to go? or should the landlord have to buy the trailor or pay to have her relocated, she cant sell the trailor because its older and no-one will buy it. is there any way that she can make the landlord buy her out? i really would appreiciate some type of answer, were getting desperate as time runs out
Thank you very much..

Re: eviction
I would very much doubt that there are any requirements in that part of the Commonwealth where your cousin currently resides which would impose the kinds of legal obligations which you've suggested on the owner of a trailer park.
