Eviction Notice
If I receive a notice to vacate rental property, how much time am I allowed before moving? I thought by law, my landlord has to give me 30 days from the date I received an eviction notice. A friend told me my landlord only has to give me 5 days. Which is correct?

Your friend is likely correct but check as to what it says on the eviction notice itself to make sure.
