I am trying to find out in my lease i am suppose to have ac in my apt. but it is 90 degrees in here they keep saying my ac is fine that my living room is the biggest room in the house that is why it dosent cool off they have been out here 5 times to fix it i am thinking about not paying my rent what will happen then can they put me out

Yes, it would likely be considered a material breach of your lease(not paying rent)under the facts described and you would likely be evicted. However, if the heat proves intolerable for you, you might consider asserting a rent escrow account with the clerk's office of your local general district court and remitting the rent payments there until the matter is resolved.
