Let a friend move in my apartment had a verbal agreement for him to leave by January 2017. On the 27 of December got mad did some property damage he not on lease. Can i do a 7 day eviction based on tenancy of sufferance he pays nothing

No,. (in my opinion) you will most likely have to go through the standard eviction procedures
which would be required of any other landlord evicting a tenant by filing what's called an unlawful
detainer action in your local general district court in order to legally evict this now unwanted "overstayee",
so to speak.
