Guarantor
My daughter is 22 a grad student and
renting a townhouse with two other
students. She has asked me to be the
guarantor. The owner of the property
wants me to give him my social security
number. Do I have to do that?

No, of course not, if you prefer not to be a guarantor of your daughter's credit worthiness and her lease.
