Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

Hello,

This question applies to commercial real estate property lease contracts (Ground lease, triple net lease).

Its a small question that I have but may be difficult for you to answer. I am the landlord of a property that I own. I just signed a Ground lease agreement with the tenant-Taco Bell. I was just wondering, can I have two different landlord addresses? One where the landlord notices go to (my home address) and the other would be the business office corporation address where payment of monthly rents go to. My daughter is the secretary of our family corporation and takes care of receiving our checks (she lives at the business office address) from the tenant and I am the President who lives at my home address. My daughter and I are not always on good terms and she doesn't always send me the notices from them.

Do you think the tenant would mind sending the landlord notices to my home address? Or would this be too confusing for them to have two separate landlord addresses with regards to fed tax issues? I do believe that Taco Bell and we file our federal taxes with with the IRS with the business office corporation address but the corporation is registered at my home address in Virginia (Commonwealth of Virginia-State Corporation Commission).

Can there be two different landlord addresses or should there be just one landlord address where everything goes to the business office address? I don't want to create confusion (difficulty) with the tenant or with the IRS. I'm afraid to ask Taco Bell now to add my home address to the lease for landlord notices.

Please advise me. I appreciate your feedback. Sorry for this confusing question!
