Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I have been having trouble out of

some of my tenants. I gave them a five day pay or quit notice approx. 10-10-07. I also gave them another pay or quit notice delivered by a police officer 10-13-07. They haven't paid their rent deposit, pet deposit.Also in our rental agreement, nobody was to stay with them for long periods of time without written permission from the Land Lord,also if I gave them written premission they would have to pay $50.00 a person per month.They have had a girl living with them since the date they moved in. I sent a certified letter to her. For her to leave my property that she was conciderd tresspassing. I gave a copy to the locail police dept.on 10-11-07. The law haves been involved one of the tenants threaten to shoot me. I was told by the police officer to take out charges on this person I did. I do not know what else I can do. I am afraid they will destroy my property. Please help.

Well, what are you waiting for? EVICT FORTHWITH! (If your recitation of alleged lease violations doesn't add up to a material breach, I don't know what does.)
