Np, turning off the water and electricity could backfire on you and possibly make you liable
for legal sanctions.
Like any other landlord who has tenants who are allegedly in default on whatever lease (if there
is one) at issue, you need to start eviction proceedings at your local general district
court to have these folks legally removed from your property after giving them sufficient written notice
to vacate by a date certain.
