Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

if Husband is told to leave can Wife and child stay?
My sister and law and her husband live in a mobile home park in VA. They got into a domestic despuit that ended with Him pouring gasoline around the trailer and threated to catch it on fire. The police were then involved. They are getting kicked out b/c the Landlord siad that they indangered others that live in the park, but she was a victim and did nothing wrong and is leaving her husband. She has never been late with her rent and their is no other reason that they would want her to leave besides what her husband did but, The owner of the park said that she and her little girl have to leave too is that right??

It may not be "right" but the mobile home park is undoubtedly within its rights to give them all the boot, so to speak.
