Please inform me on how to answer a summons for a garnishment.

I received a summons for a garnishment on my job from my previous landlord. I have a garnishment for a repossessed vehicle. Can someone inform me how to fill out the sommons for garnishee's answer? Any assistance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Since it's not clear whether you're the garnishee (the employer) or the one who's wages are being garnished(judgment debtor) nor exactly what information is being requested for this answer, no answer can be provided to this question(in my opinion).
