Intent to Lease
If you have signed an intent to lease but not a lease, do you have to abide by the un-signed lease terms?

I would want to see what was signed to give a complete answer. That said, generally, "intent" letters are non-binding and may be executed prior to the lease ever being seen.

No, why would you be so obligated, and, furthermore, what's the point of signing an intent to lease? Why not just the lease itself when you're good and ready to sign it without fooling with an intent which may obligate you for who knows what?
