Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I am getting kicked out of my home and my land lord said I only had until Friday to move out. Can he do that? My husband got layer off and we have been having a hard time. I also have two small children, there's now way we can find somewhere to go in three days! Please help!

The reality is that even if you've been properly served with what's

termed a 5 DAY PAY OR QUIT notice that the landlord could

legally force you to move out even within that time period.
