i have a land lord and he wont fix my place should i pay him

Hard to say without knowing specifically what you think needs to be fixed.

Nevertheless, if there are significant repairs which need to be made which are the landlord's responsibility under your lease and which clearly interfere with your right to the quiet enjoyment of your leased premises as long as such

conditions of unrepir persist, you might want to discuss with the clerk's office of

your local general district court, the possibility of setting up a special escrow account with the court into which your rent paymens would be paid until the landlord has taken'care of these repairs.
