Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
My landload promised me that i can find others to take my lease when we signed the contract, but now he insists he didn't say that and my sublet will still under my name. can i still find someone to take my lease and inform them later?

Unless your right to sublet is specifically spelled out in your written
lease, I would say no.
