Our Landloard is putting the property that we are renting up for sale. She says that we are fine until the lease is up and if it's not sold, we will then do a month to month contract. That is all fine. My question is about or rights while the home is up for sale. Do we have to allow prospective buyers to look through every nook and crany of our home? Can we refuse to allow them to take pictures of our home (our kids rooms, the bedroom). They want to put a key in a lock on outlet front door. For safety reasons can we refuse to let them do that?

Yes, you must make the premises available for prospective
buyers to come in and inspect the property and take pictures
as appropriate. Does that include "every nook and crany"? No, I would
think not.
As for the lock you've mentioned, without knowing it's particular purpose
and when and by whom it iwould be utilized, I couldn't offer an opinion.
