my landlord controls the breakers in my home he also pays for the electricity today he turned off the breakers to my stove and I cannot cook I pay him rent on time what do i DO i CANNOT COOK FOR MYSELF OR MY SON pLEASE HELP

So, find out from the landlord why this has happened, and if it appears to be his
fault/responsibility, inform him that this problem must be corrected immediately or you will file a complaint with the local health department and any other applicable agencies, and, if necessary, you will begin paying your rent into a rent escrow account with the local general district court until the problem is fully corrected.
