i am a landlord I delivered tenants notice 30 days in advance of a rental increase. The lease is at a month to month, do I have the right to do this.

Yes, 30 days advance notice to a tenant would seem reasonable under the

circumstances of such a lease, but if there were a prior written lease for this tenant which required you to give 60 days notice for such an increase, then you

should go with that number(in my opinion).
