Landlord took deposit by double bill

after i moved the landlord kept all of my deposit. she sent a list of work that she had done to the condo. when i called the contractor to ask if the amount was correct he said that his price included labor and materials. the landlord had asked for his receipts for materials so he gave them to her. when she billed me she billed me for his fee of labor and materials and again for his receipts for materials. I was charged for material 2 times. what do i need to do?

Obviously, contact the landlord and demand a refund. If the landlord refuses, take her to small claims court.
