Landlord gave me a 5 day eviction notice

My rent was due on March 4..Today is March 13..My landlord gave me an eviction notice today that says to be out by Friday March 17.And that the locks will be changed at 3:00pm that day..I would like to pay my rent for March and half of April but he says no..Can he make me move that fast with no place to go..This is a month to month lease which he never gave me a copy of.
