Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
Landlord does not want to give back my deposit and has not made a tenant contract in over 5 months, I asked for him to keep up his end and now he is mad and made threats and is also kicking me out, do I have at least a few days to try and find a home, I also do not have anyway to pay for it because he is keeping my deposit for no reason at all. I need it to move

The landlord likely is obligated to give you at least 30 days advance notice that you must move. And, if he refuses to return your security deposit without good reason, you could sue him in small claims court.
