My landlord past away

My land lord passed away and now the estate is being auctioned by the family members. I have a years lease. I want to move out because its been total confusion on who I pay rent to and the person they were letting manage the place for a month was a theif and lyer now a reality company is taking our rent till its auctioned can I get out of my lease and just give them a 30 day notice
