landlord and payment
My lease states mail payment to :address in DC. My landlord is demanding that I withdraw cash and allow for it to be picked up by a male friend of hers tonoght arround (9:30-10pm). First I can not withdraw 1200. in one sum, cash back limit, second I am a single woman, and do not feel comfortable with allowing a strange man into my appertment at ten pm. Mind you she yelled at me, and says this it how it is she needs her money deposited into her acount and she is out of town.
