Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I am a landlord renting my basement to a tenant who has refused to pay me rent and utility. Am I my in the obligation to accommodate the tenant with utility when I am myself burdened with the high utility cost?

Well, if this "tenant" is not paying neither rent nor utility, why
are you not evicting him?
