Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

My landlord repeatedly shows up at my house unannounced and verbal threatens me. Sometimes she come as late as 1am. She constantly leaves messages that she is going to break in and put my stuff on the street. I have not received 30 days notice to leave the premises although because of the constant harassment, threats, and failure to upkeep the property according to county codes has swayed my decision to vacate the property. Is there any thing I can do legally to put a stop to the constant harassment while I prepare my belongings to move?

Other than to send her written notice of your intended move date, probably

none that would be worth your pursuing.
