Ihave been renting this home i am in for 5yrs,The owner sold the property.Can the new landlord come in and raise the rent $400.00 without making any upgrades.Or does she have to honor my lease untilMarch of 08 THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE --name removed--E. FENTRESS

It would be best to see the lease. Generally, a buyer of rented property must adhere to the lease terms.
