Landlord's Responsibility
Jan.1,2004 I fell in a hole in front of my door made by a tree branch during a hurricane last year in Sept.2003. I would like to know if the landlords can be held responsible for this accident and pay for medical and lost wages?

It might well depend on how long the hole was there and whether the landlord knew of it for any length of time (or should've known about it.)
