I rented a house with my friend. We were 3 months into the lease when my friend decided to move. Both of our names are on the lease. I'm getting behind on the rent. What can I do? What can the landlord do?

The landlord can sue you for the rent. You are responsible for the rent whether the friend can pay or not. Time to get some better friends.
