law aganist children sharing rooms
Is it aganist the law for a landlord to rent to a tenant who will be sharing a bedroom with their child and/or is it aganist the law for a landlord to rent to a tenat who will have two children of the opposite sex that are not related sharing the same bedroom?

Such arrangements are not illegal but the latter one, depending upon the age of the children, could prove problematical.
