Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

How do I get out of lease that expires in just under 3 months? I haven't slept in 2 weeks. I have already been complaining to Mgr for 3 months about noisy tenants above me. Now my apartment is infested with mice (6 caught in 3 weeks, still hear them moving around at night). I want to move but my lease is not up until 8/3/11. Mgr suggestion is to move me to another part of the complex. I want off the complex. Is there any way I can get out of there without getting sued or having my credit slashed? I'm going to die is I don't get sleep soon.

Unfortunately, no, not without paying the three months rent for your early

termination of the lease (in my opinion).
