Getting out of Lease

I need to know if there are any leagal ways to terminate a lease early? Two of the roommates still live there but I want my name off so if they don't pay rent i don't get into trouble.

You will need to obtain the landlord's agreement to have you prematurely released from this lease which might involve your paying this landlord/property mangement company a certain sum of money in return for the release.
