Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

leases

i have just recieved a lease for a mobile home im renting saying the rent is now 160 and when i called the company to see if i had a credit with them from the last 3 months when i was paying them 400 the said i own them 50 more from last month and 450 for this month. They said that it was 160 lot and 290 for rent of the mobile home that was nowhere in the lease that they just had me sign. What should I do?
