Legal limit of persons per bedroom
How many persons are allowed per bedroom in an apartment?

The answer to this question normally depends upon the applicable local ordinance of the jurisdiction (county or city) where the apartment is located.

The answer is city/county specific and may depend on the age of the occupants if children--i.e., a jurisdiction may restrict occupance of a teen boy and teen girl in same bedroom. If they were infants it might be OK.
