Re: Legal method of delivery in Rockingham County, VA

Posting a legal notice on someone's door(who's the recipient entitled to receive the notice)by one who is authorized to do such posting is a valid method of effecting what the law calls service of process(notice of lawsuit. Normally, when such posting is done, a copy will also be mailed to the recipient by USPS mail first class.

Email is not (yet anyway) recognized as a valid method for such service of process.
