Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I live in an apartment with my wife and a 2 month old baby. Of late, we have seen several bees getting inside the apartment. The property owner tried a few things to solve the problem, however we still have bees getting inside the apartment. They did not find an exterminator who can use a safety rope and go down the side of the building to find the bees, we see them hovering near the windows in the mornings.

Is it legal to break the lease and move out considering the safety of my child and my wife? Am I protected if I have to break the lease without the Owner's consent?

Thanks

No, very unlikely on these facts (in my opinion).
