Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

so I live in a trailer park and it is private property and private road. I own my trailer and rent the lot. so our management person decided to put 5 speed bumps on a hill and 6 in the park which is ok other then peoples vehicles are being tore up and I have a suv and I scrap on them. they are huge! not normal. also in the month they have been in place everyone is having transmission problems. what can we do?

So, have you contacted the owner(s) of this trailer park to see if something could be done

to resolve this issue without further damage to the vehicles many of which probably have to crossover these speed bumps on a daily basis.? (I assume that you've already discussed

it with this management person who refuses to do anything about it. Correct?)
