Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I have been with the same man, off and on for approximately twenty years. Three years ago he bought a house in another state and requested that I leave my home and go with him. I have been collaborating with him for those three years. My question is, can i be evict me without cause, asking sheriff to evict me? For your information, I am not on the house documents.

Yes, very likely he will be able to evict you "without cause", but if the applicable law in this other state is similar

to that of Virginia in this regard,, he likely will have to go through the appropriate court to do so which in Virginia would most likely be the General District Court..
