mold growth in apartment
we had a water leak in our apartment. the landlord could not fix it. it caused mold to grow.(they did an air test and the test showed mold. we had to remove the mold ourselves. my wife and son had to be treated at hospital for rashes and fungi (from the mold)our landlords refuse to pay for medical bills. what can we do???

You can sue the landlord for the amount of the medical bills in small claims court.
