Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
If we just moved in our lease started nov 1,2011 and i do believe we have 30 days to terminate our lease however my boyfriend and i and his friend are all on the lease..we would like to get him off and but someone else in his place a more responsible adult..how can we make his happen?
