Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I am owner of a condo/Townhouse in the City of Alexandria, VA and I am living with someone that I now want them to move out of my home. They have been living at the property for approximately 7 years. I know I cannot pack up their things or lock them out of the home. so my question is what can I do to get them out of my home legally?

Based upon the facts you've described, you'll apparently need to go through the standard legal procedures
in your local general district court that any landlord would have to do to evict a tenant.
