How much do I have to pay
If I have been served with a 5-day notice of quit, and leave the premises, how long am I responsible for rent after that?

Until the landlord rents the apartment to
someone else, or the end of your lease, whichever
comes first.
The landlord MUST take commercially reasonable
steps to rent the apartment to someone else as
soon as possible.
