If a person has lived with a renter in a rented apartment for less than a month, do they have legal rights to stay there for an additional 30 day period?

Yes, perhaps, so, if the person has the status of a tenant and under the terms of an oral month to month lease is entitled to 30 days advance notice to vacate
the premises.
